When I first started CrossFit, I didn't show up to my 1st class because I thought CrossFit was only meant for the best of the best.. boy was I ever wrong. When I finally took the chance to go, It was the best decision of my life. I realized that there was a community of people of all different fitness levels, ages, and not to mention, I have made some friends for life. At that moment, I knew that I was going to be a part of something great. When I first fully invested myself into CrossFit, I knew that it was going to be a challenge but it would help me get into shape and learn new things. Little did I know that CrossFit would help me improve all aspects of my life - it has taught me to be FIT. I wanted to eat better, make better lifestyle choices, and I was motivated to be a better me. With the skills I have learned at CrossFit I have used them in my everyday life, for example; proper box lifting techniques, how to lift awkward objects and even just to drink more water. When you start CrossFit, you will never want to stop learning. CrossFit changed my life for the better and I know it will change yours too.
