CrossFit: Our All Levels CrossFit class.

Olympic Weightlifting: A class focused on the two olympic style lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Endurance: These workouts will challenge various aspects of endurance and conditioning. 

Open Gym The gym is yours to use as you please. Work on weaknesses, do a workout that you missed, or practice a new movement.


*Please note that you if are actively CrossFitting at a different affiliate: we welcome drop ins to members only classes. (Out of town athletes, or athletes looking to try a different gym.) Drop ins are $20. Please message us to let us know you are coming.*


Drop-Ins Allowed:

Yoga: A relaxing yet energizing style of yoga. Stretch, find peace, calm yourself, but also have fun whilst doing it. $5 drop in.
